Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating reasons, within 14 days after delivery of the order.

In particular, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquires physical possession of the goods. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the purchased Products have been manufactured according to the Customer’s requests, are customised, or may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

In the event of a return, the cost of returning the ordered goods shall be borne by the customer, as shall the responsibility for the correct packaging and the integrity of the contents. Returned goods must be returned in their original packaging and perfectly intact.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration, no later than the terms indicated above, e.g. to:

Please return the goods or deliver them to us at the address: OFFICINANOVE by Illi srl Logistica c/o FP Via Inf. Riomaggiore 16 – 16138 GENO without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You shall only be liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The returned goods must be returned in a resalable condition. Note, in the case of non-saleability the amount equivalent to the decrease in the value of the goods may always be retained.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, including the costs

of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the aforementioned period.

These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

The refund may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
